Congratulations to two of our own.

Sunshine Holdings Limited congratulates Attorneys Keith Bell (General Legal Counsel) and Tavares LaRoda (Assistant to General Legal Counsel) for having successfully passed the examinations to become Associate Members of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

The CIArb is the world’s leading professional body for promoting the settlement of disputes by arbitration, mediation and other private dispute resolution methods.

Founded in 1915, CIArb was granted a Royal Charter in 1979. Today it is the only membership body that covers the entire range of private dispute resolution methods on a global basis and has 12,000 members.

The attorneys will now be entitled to use the designation of Associate Member of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) which reflects a professional commitment to the encouragement and promotion of private dispute resolution.
