Construction Supervisors
Our Arawak Homes Construction Supervisors are carefully chosen with experience ranging from former Professors to former Chief Building Inspector for the Ministry of Works. Your Supervisor makes on-site inspections and provides day to day guidance, assuring that every detail of your new home is crafted to your specifications and our demanding standards.

Engineering Department
Our Engineering Department methodically reviews each plan that is sent out of the Architectural Department to ensure that only the best materials are being used to build our home and that each home is structurally sound. In addition to this our Engineering Department works together with our Land Surveying Department to ensure that there are no problems of water settling in any of our communities.

Land Surveying Department
